Federal law and regulations prohibit the possession of and use of cannabis, cannabis derived products, and illicit drugs on federal installations regardless of state law.  Possession or use of such materials or any related paraphernalia in any form on this installation is a violation of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations - CFR 41, Sub-C, Ch. 102, ş C, Part 102-74.400 - and is prosecutable as a criminal offense.
