Here is a list of our frequently asked questions to help everyone prepare for this air show.

• I purchased a VIP ticket, will my digital QR code get me access to the VIP parking or VIP area I purchased?

  • No, all digital tickets with QR codes must be redeemed for physical items to access the areas purchased for.  Please see the following link for times and dates that customers may pick up their product.  ​VIP Pickup Calendar and Locations

• Will there be seating for the General Admission (non-VIP customers) area?

  • No, this is a foot traffic show where we encourage people to walk around and see all we have to offer on the flightline.  We do also encourage attendees to bring camping chairs for seating if they would like seating on the flightline.​

• Is there food/drink/alcoholic beverages available for purchase in the General Admission area?

  • Yes, we have contracted with around a dozen food trucks to have many options for food and drink for purchase​.  We will also have a beer garden set up and centrally located in the airfield.

• Are their shade areas/tents/misting fans set up in the General Admission (non-VIP customers) area?

  • No, we are not setting up specific locations just for this.  We will have one of our hangar bays open for the public that can be used to get out of the sun.  Other organic shade while on the flightline or around the base may be very sparse.  We do not have any specific misting fans or cooling tents but will have free water bottles available all over the airfield to try and keep our guests hydrated.  ​

• Is there a childcare section or a play area for children?

  • No, we are not setting up a childcare/play area for children to be left at.  In previous years there were times where open houses at the base have had that but they will not be available at this show.​

• Is the base providing wheelchairs/walking assistance devices/shuttle rides inside the base for attendees?​

  • No, our medical team does not have any of this available at this show.  If you have any walking assistance devices or your own wheelchair, you can bring them and use them at the show.​

• I am active military/retired military, can I park on base or camp out overnight in the VIP/free parking areas?

  • No, we are not allowing camping out or on base parking except for ADA/Handicap vehicle placard holders on the days of the event.  Anyone found in the parking areas prior to 7am on event days will be asked to vacate the lot for security reasons before they open them up for the day.​

• Can I get a Media/Photography pass to bring camera equipment/crews/have special seating or area?

  • No, we are not doing any special Media or Photography passes.  This show is free to attend and open to the public.  Anyone may bring cameras and equipment as long as it adheres to our prohibited items list.  Everyone will be able to walk up to our flightline show fence and be close to the action for purposes of photography and all areas are open for photography and cell phone usage during the event.​
